We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your hot sauce experience. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.


Returns:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for matters of personal taste.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives broken or with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hot@roxsauce.com with the subject line "Damaged Order: #[Your Order Number]".

  2. In the email, please include:

    • A description of the damage or defect.

    • A clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

  3. Once we receive your email, we will review the claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

Approved claims will be eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment or a replacement order, free of charge.
