HandMade From Seed to Sauce

Montreal is known for it’s cold winters, and culinary exuberance. But over the last few years, a few sauciers have made Montreal famous for it’s HEAT.

In 2020, Phil decided to start a small pepper garden while the world was locked down.

That “graden” was one tasty and versatile chilli cayenne plant. The next year he replanted seeds from the most potent of the chillis from the year before. He also added habaneros.

The garden grew.

Pepper seeds were sourced from all over. Carolina Reapers, Ghost Peppers, Kanthari Peppers, and many more.

Today, the Cutler Farm produces thousands of organic home-grown peppers. Those incredible peppers are the foundation for the most flavorful and delicious sauce that exists.

We only source natural ingredients for our sauces. There is no filler, no artificial coloring, no “gums” you can’t pronounce, no flavor powders. All that has no business in a hot sauce.
